These terms apply to all digital services purchased through the online shop of Solidarity Agency (www.solidarity-agency.com). By placing an order, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Scope of Service

We offer digital promotional services including uploads, reposts, story shoutouts, reels and visual content – mainly for platforms like SoundCloud, Instagram or YouTube. All services are tailored individually based on the content provided by the customer.

2. Contract Conclusion

The contract is valid once the order is successfully completed through our shop and payment is confirmed. You will receive an automatic confirmation email after purchase.

 

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in CHF (Swiss Francs) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is made via the available options in our shop (e.g. Stripe, TWINT, credit card).

 

4. Right of Withdrawal

Since we provide digital services, the right of withdrawal is excluded once the service execution begins.

By submitting your content and agreeing to our Terms & Conditions, you waive your right of withdrawal.

 

5. Customer Responsibilities

You confirm that you hold all necessary rights to the submitted content (e.g. music, visuals, text). Solidarity Agency is not liable for any legal violations resulting from customer submissions. You are responsible for ensuring all data is correct and lawful.

 

6. Liability

We do not guarantee specific results such as reach, plays, reposts or followers. All services are performed to the best of our ability. We accept no liability for technical issues or delays beyond our control.

7. Rejection of Content

We reserve the right to reject any content without refund if it does not meet our quality or genre standards (e.g. electronic music, 121–150 BPM). All requirements are clearly stated before purchase.

 

8. Delivery

Delivery time is usually 1–3 business days after receiving all required materials via the Google Form. Incomplete or delayed submissions may postpone the process.

 

9. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Bern, Switzerland.
