As our services are purely digital promotional services, the right of withdrawal is excluded once the service has started – in accordance with Art. 16 lit. m EU Directive 2011/83 and applicable Swiss law.

By submitting your order and uploading your materials, you expressly consent to the service beginning before the withdrawal period ends. You thereby waive your legal right of withdrawal.

No returns/refunds:
Digital services such as uploads, reposts, and social media promotions cannot be returned or refunded once processing has started.
