Our shop exclusively offers digital services and non-physical products. By purchasing from Solidarity Agency, you acknowledge and accept the following:

1. Nature of Products

All services are digital and custom-made. No physical delivery or shipping will occur.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after receiving all required materials (via Google Form, WeTransfer, Dropbox, etc.).
Delays due to incomplete submissions or missing files may extend this timeframe.

3. No Physical Shipping

There are no shipping costs and no tracking is provided. Delivery is made digitally – via email, upload, social media or SoundCloud link depending on the service.

4. Service Start & Customer Responsibility

Once materials are received and processing begins, the service is considered initiated.
You are responsible for providing correct and complete content and files.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

You confirm that you own all necessary rights to the submitted content (e.g., music, visuals, text).
Solidarity Agency is not responsible for any copyright infringements.

6. No Right of Withdrawal

As per our Terms & Conditions, you waive your right of withdrawal once the service begins, in accordance with Art. 16 lit. m EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
No refunds are possible after processing has started.

This policy is part of the Terms & Conditions of Solidarity Agency and applies in addition to them.
